Community Forum Horndean & villages
About this group
Community Forums give local people the opportunity to get involved in decisions made by local councillors that affect their area. They are open to everyone.
You may want to attend a meeting where you live, where you work, or where your children are at school. The aim is to make them welcoming, relevant, interesting and engaging.
There are four Community Forums, each covering different parts of the district:
- Alton and Surrounding Villages
- Clanfield, Horndean and Rowlands Castle
- Petersfield, Liss and Surrounding Villages
- Whitehill/Bordon, Liphook, Headley, Grayshott and Lindford
The meetings focus on issues related to the environment, health, crime, community safety, transport or the needs of groups such as young people, people with disabilities or older people.
Local residents and businesses can also suggest issues for debate by email or letter, via our website or at the meeting itself.
The chairman of the Community Forum for Clanfield, Horndean and Rowlands Castle is Mrs Dorothy Denston.
It covers Clanfield, Horndean, Rowlands Castle and Chalton.
