Public Group active 6 months, 3 weeks agoWeekly meditation sessions in the tradition of Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. The art of practice in our everyday lives.
Every Thursday at 6h45pm for 7pm start

A typical Mindfulness Evening:
- Arrival and welcome from 6h45pm, starting at 7pm
- Guided sitting meditation on a cushion or chair (20 mins)
- Slow walking meditation or Mindful movements
- Silent sitting meditation (20 mins)
- Reading or listening to a teaching
- Tea and cookies in mindfulness
- Sharing and listening.
We finish around 9h30pm
Bring your own meditation cushion/stool/mat if needed. Chairs are available. Suggested contribution: £4.
Also regular all day practice sessions – A Day of Mindfulness – phone for details.
This practice from the Buddhist tradition is open to everyone, accessible to all, regardless of your adherence or not to any religion.
