Walk it or run it, this is the perfect antidote to the winter blues.
Make your new year’s resolution to get fit and stay healthy a reality in the breathtaking setting of the South Downs National Park.
Take on the South Downs Way Challenge that suits you. The event is held at Queen Elizabeth Country Park and is ideal for runners of hikers.
8.5 miles – Ideal for families or for the more experienced regular runner looking for an off-road taster. In advance: Adults £12, child £6. On the day: Adult £20, child £10
15 miles – Try a more challenging route which includes some demanding and undulating terrain. In advance: Adults £25, child £10. On the day: Adult £30, child £15
20 miles- A route which is perfect for hardcore runners and those looking for a demanding walk. In advance: Adults £25. On the day: Adult £30
The event is run in aid of the Biritish Heart Foundation. The entry fee covers the cost of running the event, it’s your sponsorship that will save lives.
